cooked pumpkin, or butternut squash, or pumpkin puree

raw milk

maple syrup

pumpkin spice

coconut oil

vanilla

egg yolks (optional)
nutmeg or pumpkin spice for topping (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except nutmeg to blender. Blend until smooth. Bonus points if you do the smoothie dance and yell "blennnnd" while it's running.
Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkle of nutmeg or pumpkin spice.
