Raw Milk Pumpkin Smoothie

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups cooked pumpkin, or butternut squash, or pumpkin puree
  • 3 cups raw milk
  • 3-4 dates
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks (optional)
  • nutmeg or pumpkin spice for topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except nutmeg to blender. Blend until smooth. Bonus points if you do the smoothie dance and yell "blennnnd" while it's running.
  • Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkle of nutmeg or pumpkin spice.
